How it works
From first call to first shipment, without the chaos.
A clear, predictable onboarding process, a short list of receiving rules that keep your inventory accurate, and a real person to talk to the whole way through.
Onboarding
Five steps to go live.
Your account manager runs the plan. You just make a few decisions and ship us your product.
-
01
Discovery call
We learn about your products, order volume, sales channels and any special handling. You get a tailored quote, usually within one business day.
-
02
Account setup
Sign the agreement, meet your account manager and get access to your dashboard. We load your SKU catalog, packaging preferences and shipping rules.
-
03
Connect your channels
We connect Shopify, Amazon, Walmart or any other store you sell on, then run test orders so everything is flowing before real customers are involved.
-
04
Send your inventory
Create an inbound shipment, send it to our Goodyear dock, and we'll count, inspect and put everything away. You'll see it go live in your dashboard.
-
05
Go live & grow
Orders start shipping. We check in regularly to review accuracy, speed and costs, and find ways to improve all three.
Receiving checklist
Get it right at the dock, and everything after is easy.
Accurate inventory starts with a clean inbound. Follow these guidelines and your stock will be sellable faster, with no surprises.
Tell us it's coming
Notify your account manager and create an inbound shipment (ASN) in your dashboard before your freight leaves the supplier.
Standard pallet sizes
Maximum footprint 48" × 40", maximum height 72" including the pallet. Oversized loads need approval in advance.
Keep lots separate
Stack one SKU and one lot number per pallet whenever possible. Never mix lots or SKUs inside a single carton.
Wrap & band it
Stretch-wrap and band every pallet so nothing shifts in transit. Put heavier cartons at the bottom and don't let anything overhang the edges.
Include a packing slip
List your company name, SKUs, descriptions, quantities per carton, lot numbers and expiration dates where relevant.
Label every carton
Every carton needs a scannable barcode on the outside with the SKU printed clearly, in at least a 10pt font.

Getting started
Is there a minimum order volume?
No hard minimum. We work with brands shipping a few hundred orders a month all the way up to high-volume retail programs. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you and point you somewhere that is.
How is pricing structured?
Most accounts pay for three things: receiving, storage (per pallet, shelf or bin) and fulfillment (per order and per item), plus postage at our discounted rates. There are no surprise fees, and your quote spells out every line.
How long does onboarding take?
Usually one to two weeks from signed agreement to first shipped order. The biggest factors are how quickly your store integrations get connected and when your first inventory arrives.
Do I need a long-term contract?
No. We earn your business every month. We do ask for reasonable notice if you plan to move inventory out, so we can schedule it properly.
Sending inventory
Who do I notify before I send product?
Your account manager. Let them know before anything leaves your supplier, and create an inbound shipment (ASN) in your dashboard with the SKUs, quantities and expected arrival date. Shipments that arrive unannounced can be delayed.
What are your receiving requirements?
- Pallets no larger than 48" × 40" and no taller than 72"
- One SKU and lot per pallet whenever possible, never mixed within a carton
- Pallets stretch-wrapped and banded so nothing shifts in transit
- Every carton labeled with a scannable barcode and the SKU
See the full checklist above for details.
How do I know everything I sent was received correctly?
Every inbound shipment is counted and checked against your packing slip and ASN. We record weights, photograph any damage, and report discrepancies to you right away. Once put away, units appear in your live inventory, usually within one business day.
Can you receive containers directly from overseas?
Yes. We handle 20ft and 40ft container devanning, floor-loaded or palletized, and can coordinate drayage from the Port of Los Angeles / Long Beach.
Orders & shipping
What is your same-day shipping cutoff?
Orders that sync before our daily cutoff ship the same business day. The exact time depends on your service level, and we will confirm it during onboarding.
Which carriers do you ship with?
We ship with all the major parcel carriers and a network of regional LTL and FTL partners. We pick the best option for each order based on the rules you set: fastest, cheapest or a balance of both.
How do you handle returns?
Returns are received, inspected and graded. Sellable units go back into stock, and damaged ones are set aside for your decision. Everything is logged in your dashboard with notes and photos.
